I ask that question to a lot of people, and I mostly get answers like yogurt and fruit, but no actual 'greens'.
Hmmm... herein lies the problem: a 'green' smoothie should be mostly greens, like spinach, kale, lettuce, etc., I think you get the idea.
Above is a picture of my typical green smoothie, and it has 2-3 cups of organic spinach and/or kale, almond milk, 2 scoops of dōTERRA Chocolate Trim Shake powder, 1 scoop of dōTERRA TerraGreens, 1 Tbsp of ground flax seed, and 1 cup of frozen organic blueberries. Delicious, and it keeps me going until lunch.
