30 Day Challenge
I'm starting the 100 squats a day for 30 days challenge! I did 50 squats this morning to get ready to take on the 100 and wow do I already feel it! So has anyone done this before? Anyone want to join me? It seriously only takes about 3 minutes a day. Here is a quick video on how to squat properly. You can totally do this! I will update you on my progress over the next few weeks so check back!
