Getting to Healthy... one step at a time!

Kendra and I have been discussing lately how there's so much confusing and sometimes conflicting information out there regarding 'healthy' diets and supplements... it can be overwhelming and exhausting. I get to the point sometimes when I can't even think about it anymore, and I just stop for a while, and let my mind and body rest.
Here's something that's really important to remember: You need to be responsible for your own health, and make the best decisions for YOU regarding what you choose to eat or what supplements to take. Each person's body is different and responds differently to what you put in it, so please pay attention to how your body is responding when you make changes.
Obviously cutting out the junk is good for everyone. And eating fresh, organic and non-GMO REAL FOOD is also good for everyone.
The tough part comes in choosing the type of food we choose to eat: fruit, veggies, grains, nuts, dairy, meat, fish, oils, etc., and we will be posting some interesting information regarding these choices, and WHY it's how we are choosing to eat this way now.
