What's wrong with this picture?
Are you kidding me?
This label on a butternut squash that I just bought from Sunny Farms gives 'cooking' instructions, if you can call them that, and says
'micro on high, flesh side down...'
So now farmers and the government's label-requiring-quacks are advising people to consume fresh veggies by microwaving all of the nutrition out of them first.
Well, that's one way to keep people sick and supporting the drug and medical industries. Way to go...
I just wonder, how did people 'cook' butternut squash before there were microwave ovens in every house?
