Is cow's milk really good for you? Don't believe the hype... read this!

If you've done any research on your own about cow's milk and what it does for you or to you, then you know the scoop.

If not, maybe you should...

I just found this article that debunks the 'milk does a body good' propaganda that we're fed constantly by the mainstream media.

Remember, do the research and find out for yourself. Trust no one... especially anyone that pays to get a message out there to sell a product.

Unfortunately, the article referenced above does not give any alternatives to cow's milk, however, there are plenty, including Almond Breeze almond milk, coconut milk, hazelnut milk, rice milk, hemp milk... you get the picture, all of which come sweetened, unsweetened, or flavored, and many are fortified with Vitamin D and other goodies, so shop around.

And by drinking alternative milks, you're not dealing with consuming animal proteins or hormones, regardless if they are grass or grain fed.

Almond Breeze vanilla is my absolute favorite for cereal. Yummy!
