Plan of Action

Great Morning to All~

I am writing because I want to get down in writing my Plan of Action, so it will become more real to me.

I want to let you know that my immediate Goal is NO MORE NUTS/SEEDS. There, I said it. It's out in the open now. I want to be free of nuts and seeds for at least 30 days, if not 60.

My Goal is to be 120lbs by the end of December. Now that's the hard part because I'm very impatient: I want it {the fat} off and I want it off now!! But instead of drastic, I'm trying something new. Consistency.. Ahh yes, that's apparently a new concept for me. But the past week I have done well to remain consistent and not give into processed or cooked-to-death food. I have had steamed veggies a few times, but I realize that MUST GO too at this point.

Today I will be receiving the video SuperCharge Me and I am looking very much forward to get some tips and pointers, and be encouraged by Jenna's raw transformation. Too, the lady who does my colonics went Raw for 3 months. She lost all her excess weight {which I didn't really think she had much of any}and was able to get rid of Candida and other heath issues she was facing, all at the age of 57. Very impressive!! And encouraging for me.

Also, I am reading the book Raw Emotions by Angela Stokes-Monarch {major Raw Foodie activist, you may have seen her picture on our site previously when we saw her and her hubby in L'ville last year}. This book is about overcoming overeating and emotional eating. Truthfully I don't know of many people who aren't emotional eaters... Are you? And I'm at her chapter "Plan of Action", hence the title of this post. She encourages her readers to write down what you will eat today, and then stick to it. At the end of the day commend yourself for you accomplishment. Enjoy your feelings of accomplishment.

So today I will have a shot of wheat grass, 2 smoothies, 2 apples and a raw salad for dinner. I will exercise for at least 30 mins today, if not an hour.
