Daily Routine

I get asked all the time what I eat each day so I thought I would just give a basic description of my diet. I always start the day with fresh grapefruit and orange juice. I juice 2 large grapefruits and 2 Valencia oranges and that makes 2 large glasses for me & Keith. This is important because when you wake up each morning you are really dehydrated, you need to rehydrate your colon especially to get everything going! Next we have either 1 quart of either green smoothie or some combination of carrot-apple-beet-grape-etc. juice and that is 1 quart for each of us. This along with a small bowl of either Ezekiel cereal or soaked steel cut oats will keep us going most of the day.
Depending on how hungry I am that day lunch could be just an apple or a fresh veggie sandwich on Ezekiel bread with hummus, veggies, avocado, etc. If I have any juice or smoothie left I will finish that too. For dinner it's usually some steamed veggies with rice or beans. I especially love broccoli with the cashew cheese! Or a big salad with macadamia nut oil and lime for dressing or an Asian salad. But dinner is usually not very much and we try to not eat after 6pm. I still like a glass of red wine sometimes and again dinner is not a large serving.
I realize this doesn't sound like a huge variety, but we find more than enough variety with all the fruit, veggies, and leafy greens so cooked food isn't a large part of our day anymore. In fact if we eat cooked food 2 days in a row we really start to feel weighed down and slow. Staying with this routine I have been able to stay around 100 - 102 lbs and even have to watch it to keep weight on!
With that being said the other really important part to this lifestyle is you guessed it - regular colon cleansing. I know most of you don't want to talk about this and think it's weird. That's OK, I think it's weird to spend your life bloated, overweight, and sick all the time. If you can get on a routine of either weekly colonic or doing enemas several times a week the weight will come off! Think of how much old waste you're carrying around - the average person has 8 - 12 lbs of old fecal matter just backed up in there - gross! Once you get started cleaning house you'll wonder why you didn't get that old garbage out sooner and you'll feel great! For my next post I'll go into more detail on the wonderful world of colon cleansing.
