Time for another rant!

Once again, stop putting garbage in your mouth! I can't tell you how many people I talk to with health problems and I always have the same answer. You are what you eat!
I don't care if your question is about allergies, depression, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, acne, weight loss, or any other "common" health problem today. Put down the cheeseburger, pizza, or candy bar and start eating raw fruits and vegetables- lots of them!
I used to think vitamins and supplements were part of health and I spent a lot of money on them. But if you're going to eat the SAD and take a few vitamins it's as useless as putting a couple of strawberries on your giant piece of cheesecake and think you're being healthy. The vitamins can't get through all the fat and putrifying garbage in your colon to do any good.
Sorry this is so harsh, it's just the truth. Eat water based fruits and vegetables most of the time and you will get your health back.


  1. What about neurological disorders from birth/ The child was vegetarian, and mostly organic in utero, and has never, until this summer, eaten meat, or even much dairy. He doesn't really have a "common" health problem, and we have tried various "diets" targeting cleansing, purifying, and reducing additives, colorants, and un-whole foods. What about those cases that just don't seem to be food related? Is there any hope other than the chemical balancing of whatever is off?

  2. My tripple patty In'n'Out burger was SO yummy today. Washed it down with a triple chocolate milkshake and a hot side of fries. Never felt better.

Unfortunately when you are used to eating like that you really don't notice what it's doing to your body:( Also, the MSG in the foods you ate are telling you "let's do that again" so no wonder you think you "feel good".. One day tho, those cows (or whatever they made the burger with) will bite you back from the grave.
