Marti's Day 3 on the Juice...

Good morning ladies! I have to say I'm really glad the first 2 days are over.

Last night I had the 'self-doubt' thoughts and was feeling a little depressed. You know, the 'you're wasting your time' and 'you can't make it to 10 days'. Blah!

I mentally talked myself through it, prayed a lot, studied, and just kept telling myself that what I'm doing is really good for my body. I relaxed a little, watched an episode of 30 Rock and went to bed. Slept really good, I can breathe a lot better now... I don't think I was snoring, but I'll have to ask Fred.

This morning I'm feeling a little fuzzy and kinda dizzy, and my eyes are bugging me for some reason. Yesterday they were clear and bright, and today a little red.

Oh, and I got on the scale... lost 4 lbs so far, which is fabulous! WooHoo!!! So I'm in a really good mood, and I'm starting to see the results, and I'm noticing little things like less pain in places that usually hurt all the time.

I'm gonna just keep going... And here's what I'm enjoying now: The juice is celery, spinach, carrot and apple. Not too adventurous this morning. The herbal tea is Good Earth Caffeine Free Original, and it's one of my faves.

I'm out of greens, so I need to get to Nash's Organic Store or Sunny Farms soon. I can't believe how much fruit and veggies I'm going through. Cripes!

And my Champion juicer is on the way, and I can't wait. The one I have now is not very good on the greens, and the pulp of everything is still really wet... I have a feeling there's a lot more juice in the veggies and fruits it's not getting out. And at this rate, I can see I'll be at the store pretty much every day, but it's all good.

And Kendra, it's about your rant below, relax! Where's the love? More flies with organic honey than raw apple cider vinegar, baby!
